Dr. Adrian D’Amato is a lifelong resident of the Youngstown, Ohio area. He attended Youngstown State University prior to entering Life College of Chiropractic in Marietta, Georgia. Dr. D’Amato graduated Magna Cum Laude, returned to Youngstown and has been practicing in the area for over 30 years.
Dr. Adrian D’Amato prides himself in remaining current with new and innovative techniques. Post Graduate Studies include extensive hours training in Chiropractic Orthopedics, Physiotherapy, Sports Medicine, Rehabilitation, Radiology, and Nutritional Therapy and Wellness.
Dr. D’Amato received her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Logan College of Chiropractic. She is a Diplomate of the American Board of Chiropractic Acupuncture and a Fellow in the International Academy of Medical Acupuncture.
Dr. D’Amato is board certified in acupuncture by the Ohio State Board and National Board of Chiropractic Examiners. She is trained in clean needle technique and is currently serving as President of the American Board of Chiropractic Acupuncture.
Dr. D’Amato is a member of the Eastern Ohio Chiropractic Society, Ohio State Chiropractic Association, and the American Chiropractic Association.

Dr. Hollabaugh is from Youngstown Ohio and is a graduate of Campbell Memorial. After graduating high school Dr. Hollabaugh attended Youngstown State University where he received his Bachelors of Science in Applied Science and minored in Biology and Chemistry. While a freshman in college Dr. Hollabaugh suffered a work related injury in which he received Chiropractic care, and experienced positive results. At that time he shifted his time and studies into the prerequisite courses that would allow him to attend Chiropractic school. Dr. Hollabaugh completed a 16 week internship as a senior in college at Specialty Orthpaedics in Hermitage Pennsylvania. After graduating college Dr. Hollabaugh attended Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport Iowa. In his studies at Palmer he participated in the Palmer Package Technique club.
Dr. Jason in he free time enjoys resistance training several days a week. He is a member of Boardman Rotary Club, and Volunteers time to Campbell Memorial High School athletics.
Dr. Hospodar is a Board Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician and Licensed Acupuncturist. He earned his undergraduate degree at Walsh University and went on to graduate from New York Chiropractic College.
He is also a graduate of Finger Lakes School of Acupuncture & Oriental Medicine and studied in China at the Zhejiang Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine. He is the only chiropractor in the valley who is a licensed acupuncturist; he is board certified by the ABCA and the NCCAOM and has over 2,000 hours of training.
Dr. Hospodar plays an active role in the physical therapy department at Ohio Sports & Spine Institute and provides an individualized treatment approach tailored to each patient’s needs from minor aches and pains to complicated injuries. He also has extensive training in sports medicine, rehabilitation and manual therapy including Active Release Technique (ART), Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA) and the McKenzie Method (MDT).
His passion is treating sports injuries ranging from simple to complex, from the occasional gym-goer to the elite athlete. As a graduate of Jackson-Milton, he is proud to stand on the sidelines as their team doctor for football games and major tournaments.
Dr. Hospodar’s office accepts all forms of health insurance including Medicare and Medicaid, personal injury/motor vehicle accidents and workman’s compensation claims.
Dr. Krumpak has been practicing as a licensed chiropractor in Ohio since 1982. His office is located on Route 224, just east of I-680, on the border between Poland and Boardman. He has been there since 2003. Before that, he practiced for nearly 20 years in the Liberty Township area of Trumbull County.
He is a life long resident of the Mahoning Valley, growing up in McDonald, but now living in Poland since 1989. He resides there with his wife Sue, whom he married in 1988. He and Sue have three children, Katie, Karen, and Kevin.
Dr. Krumpak graduated from Oberlin College with a bachelor’s degree in biology before enrolling at The National College of Chiropractic. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from “National,” second in his class. In addition to his general chiropractic practice, he had post-graduate diplomates and he is board certified in acupuncture and orthopedics.
Dr. Lalama is a licensed chiropractic physician practicing in Austintown, OH. He graduated from Liberty High School, attended Youngstown State University and the National College of Chiropractic in Lombard, Illinois located just outside of Chicago. He graduated from National College in August of 1987. He worked as an associate in Chicago area for one year before returning to the Youngstown area to start his own practice.
He has been in private practice for over 26 years specializing in the treatment of neuromusculoskeletal conditions including neck pain, low back pain and headaches as well as injuries that are auto and work related. He also offers nutritional counseling for general well being and for conditions not responding to conventional medical therapies.
He is a member of the American Chiropractic Association, the Ohio State Chiropractic Association, and past president of the Eastern Ohio Chiropractic Society.
Dr. Lyons was born and raised in the Pittsburgh area and has been practicing in the Mahoning Valley since 2001. He graduated from North Allegheny High School in Wexford, PA and attended undergraduate studies at the National University of Health Sciences in Lombard, IL.
He has obtained diplomate status from the American Chiropractic Rehabilitation Board and is active in rehab, sports training, and exercise. He currently resides in Poland, OH with his wife Chris and daughter Abigail.
Dr. Lyons likes to keep active with his many personal interests, which include endurance sports such as swimming, biking, and running. He also enjoys outdoor activities such as boating, skiing, riding ATV’s, and anything related to cars. He is also an avid drag racer and car enthusiast.
Dr. Raymond is a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician practicing in his hometown of Austintown since 2008. He serves as Team Physician for his alma mater Austintown Fitch High School and Team Physician for Youngstown State University, where he is involved with a multi-disciplinary medical team approach to sports injuries and prevention for student athletes.
Dr. Raymond is a Certified Graston Practitioner, proficient in KinesioTape utilization, and soon to be certified in performing dry-needling therapy.
His office, which also employs two Licensed Massage Therapists, manages patient care by utilizing a number of treatment modalities and techniques with a hands-on, patient-centered approach that focuses on conservative care. Major insurances, worker’s compensation, auto injuries, and cash cases are all accepted.
Dr. Angel Ricciulli is a Cum Laude graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic where she earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree and Bachelor of Science. She represented West Virginia University as an NCAA National Gymnast and then concluded her athletic career on the Swim and Dive Team at Youngstown State University.
Dr. Angel is committed to providing thorough, gentle and effective chiropractic care for the whole family. She is Webster Technique-certified by the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association. Dr. Angel utilizes the Activator Method at her practice, which is an extremely gentle chiropractic adjusting technique great for people of all ages and physical conditions.
Dr. Angel was a long standing board member of the Eastern Ohio Chiropractic Society and is currently the Assistant District 4 Director of the Ohio State Chiropractic Association.
